Begin by vigorously brushing the leather with the horsehair brush to eliminate any substantial or loose dirt. Next, apply the Cleanit by spraying it onto the leather, allowing it to sit for a minute, and then wiping the leather clean using the cleaning cloth (damp). Repeat the process if necessary. Allow the leather to dry completely before choosing between using the Heavy Duty LP or the Leather Oil. Opt for the LP in harsh, wet conditions, and choose the oil for dry conditions or touch-ups between LP applications.
When applying the Heavy Duty LP, use your hands, as the natural body temperature aids in melting the LP into the leather. For the Leather Oil application, utilize the provided dauber applicator and apply sparingly. Let it dry overnight. If any residue remains the next day, use a horsehair brush to buff away the excess.
