When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Orders will ship within 1-5 days after payment completion. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered USPS International Shipping (Canada Only). USPS International shipping charges are calculated by the current rates, size, and weight of your order (Canada Only). When will my backorder arrive?
As the manufacturer, Obenauf's has stock available at all times, unless an item has been discontinued. However, in the rare occasion that an item runs short, we will make the item available to you as soon as possible. If you decide not to wait, you can cancel your order.
